Normally, the appeal process should be over in a few days. When it happened to me, I stayed with their chat on the line until they processed it for me. I was fairly stern because otherwise I do not believe it would have gotten done. I can only suggest attempting to contact them again and noting that you are running a business and that is why it must be processed immediately.
Otherwise, I would see if you can find any similar product on Oberlo marketplace and swap it. This way you will not have to go through the appeal process. Just a back-up option, but one to consider if this appeal process causes you more trouble!
