Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Audience Insights. I just jumped onto mine, entered Mason Jars in additional interests like you have listed, and was able to pull up the information.
I did some digging on the Facebook forums and found someone who was having a similar issue as you. Someone from the Facebook help team responded and suggested these troubleshooting steps.
If that still doesn't work, they mentioned you can report the concern directly from your ad account. You can use the steps provided in this Help Center article to report the concern from your ad account.
