Item is not shipped and not fulfilled. Here's what I think is happening based on your screenshots. If you'd like me to take a look under the hood you can share your .myshopify.com URL here and I can look, or, for privacy you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org :
- The easiest way to check to see if the order is truly fulfilled amidst all the conflicting info tags is the AliExpress order seen here.
- You should see an orange Order Products button right here.
Given that you cannot see the order products button, my guess is that you do not have the Oberlo Chrome Extension installed and active on your Chrome Browser.
The Chrome Extension allows the button to appear and then redirects you to the AliExpress checkout to make the purchase. Did you make a purchase on AliExpress for this product? If so, you can head over to AliExpress and copy the order number in manually into your Oberlo Dashboard in order to update the order info. My suspicion is that you haven't ordered on AliExpress though, is that right?
