Currently, the product split system where you manually split a product can be tedious. If I want to split a variant on a product which has "groups" of variants that aren't covered or detected by the automatic splitting option, I end up having to go down the list and select all of the same matching product with its different size variants.
For example, a product has 3 colors and each color has 3 different sizes, but it can't be split automatically into colors due to the product on AliExpress being configured in a way where it isn't either detected or set up that way. I then go into manual select > click the checkboxes manually for that specific color and then split them. The page loads and then I have to do it all again for the next color until I'm left with the last one which I leave.
This leaves the product photos selected from the previous colors in the images selected which I won't want. Even though those images are copied to the newly made products, they aren't automatically removed from the current parent product after the split. So it would be nice if this was fixed.
In addition, in the manual product split menu, I feel that there needs to be a sort of "queue" or "group" upload system where instead of having to select all 3 sizes of a color and then split, you can create a "group" in the menu and put that in an upload queue.
For example, with this system I would be able to select the 3 sizes of one color, click an option that says "add to queue" which would add those 3 sizes in a queue, and then I could continue in the same menu. When I finish will all the products I want split manually, I would then hit split product at the bottom and it would automatically split those products as I selected as 3 different products, each having their 3 sizes selected.
I hope I didn't make this idea too confusing. But as it stands now, if I want to split up a product automatically for some reason, it's incredibly tedious and time consuming having to go back and wait for the page to load each time and then making sure I deselect all the older photos from the previous split variants. I really hope a system like this can be implemented soon.
