Aliexpress doesn't count you coming from oberlo or individually placing an order. They have their own policy or reasons to cancel or hold an account/order. It's better you contact them how to resolve your issue, might be the problem with your credit card address and address you wants delivery, of course, it won't be same since you sending deliveries to customers, but you have to contact them and explain you doing drop shipping, show you store any other document etc. I am not saying it will work 100% but it's better to approach with, you may find something else from their response as what cause your account issues and may solve them.
