Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to dropshipping, and this is a problem that's come up with my first sale. The customer ordered a few items and they are all on track so far except for this one.
I ordered this product with epacket shipping to Canada. Now that it's sent, I have no idea if the seller actually used epacket or not. I have messaged the seller twice to confirm, the first time their response was something along the lines of "please be patient dear". I've messaged them AGAIN and have heard nothing back.
What would be the best course of action to find out when the product will actually arrive? Can I file a dispute over this (if it isn't in fact epacket)? How should I communicate this/deal with this in terms of my customer?
