I'm having the same issue.
I just signed up for Facebook ads account 2 days ago, and I started off with blank screen of death.
I've added and deleted ad accounts in Business Manager, but I'm still stuck with blank screen.
I've even created and tested ad accounts and Business Manager on my mother's account, but the same symptom persists.
I've send in requests for help, but Facebook hasn't replied or solved the problem.
I've searched around for solutions in help community, Facebook and Google, but I've found no solution whatsoever.
It seems to be happening for a week now, and I've contacted few users who have posted the issue in Facebook, and none of them have received any support from Facebook.
Let's hope that they sort this out asap.
