Oberlo users ship more than 500,000 orders every month – and I haven't heard anyone reporting any issues related to the price on the package.
a) Most users just add a custom note to their orders saying something like "We're dropshipping. No promotions & invoices". You can add the automated note in your settings page under the Chrome Extension section:
b) I've heard that other people tell their customers they put a cheaper price on the packages to help them avoid customs fees and charges. However, I can't prove that actually helps.
c) Chances are no one pays any attention to the text on the package.
