I want to re-order a cancelled order

So, I blindly fulfilled an order with Oberlo Supply. After checking out the order, alarm bells went off and I canceled the Oberlo order but NOT the Shopify order. After confirming everything, I decided I was okay with fulfilling the order. Now, when I go to re-order on Oberlo, I get an "Order Not Found" message, is this fixable?

I'm afraid you will not be able to place an order that has been canceled. Instead, here's what you need to do:

You need to create a draft order on Shopify, mark it as "paid" and then order from your supplier as usual.

I've tried fulfilling an order using this method after processing issues between Aliexpress and the Oberlo plug-in( I wasn't logged into Aliexpress before hitting the fulfill in Oberlo button and the customer's order couldn't be fulfilled with my credit card info due to no option to choose different shipping and billing addresses). Every time I attempt to order the product for that customer I get an error (Error Code: CSC_7200030) .

Aliexpress wont allow me to buy the product and send to different address.

How can I fix the current order in Oberlo when it doesn't show the fulfill in Aliexpress button any longer?

Hi rdale24 It sounds like you might need to re order manually on AliExpress. Input the customers information in manually and pay for the order. Once you have a new order on AliExpress you can sync that order with the order in Oberlo. You can follow the steps in this help doc (http://bit.ly/33z4aUG) to sync the orders. I hope that helps.

rads Hey again! You need to contact your bank for this. They might have blocked AliExpress from the backend. I'm not sure if that is what they have done or not, but that error is saying it's on the banks end. Contact them and they should be able to help you. Good luck! 🙂
