1 - Yes, absolutely! We're working on improving the whole tracking system. And apologies if that causes you trouble!
Generally, tracking codes' updates take place every day on "Fulfillment Monitoring" section. It sometimes lags because of the issues with http://www.17track.net/, which is used for orders' tracking. In such cases, you should go to http://www.17track.net/ to check the tracking status and update it manually through "Fulfillment Monitoring" section on Oberlo.
2 - We have the phone override feature to help you with that.
You should go to Oberlo > Settings > Suppliers > and fill in a random phone number: http://take.ms/uHGVn
This setting will override your customer's phone number so the supplier will not be able to contact a customer for promotional purposes.
3 - "Sync all" button will do the job. See the screenshot below:
