I've had nothing but trouble with Apex Trading through Oberlo. My customers never get an update on tracking information and its been right at 2 months now and I have two customers that still haven't received their merchandise. When I opened a support ticket, Oberlo simply says "dear friend,we could refund to you". That is unacceptable. My customers sentiment is severely degraded due to Apex Trading. Also, I've had to completely refund a customer for their merchandise because it was not as described in the ad on the Oberlo App. JodiBree, do yourself a favor and do not use Apex Trading for anything.
