I got my FIRST order tonight which was SUPER excited, as I only opened the shop a couple days ago.
But when I realized that I didn't know what to do next, I watched the instructional video and blogs about how to order from Aliexpress. Now, at this time, my settings were to Autofullfill ALL orders. I didn't realize what that meant.
So I continued to click the link that said "Order Now" and I got to the page on Aliexpress and it wouldn't accept the address of the customer. It formed a red box around it and was just being extremely difficult. I could not do anything or make it work. So, I go back to Orbelo and notice that it actually says the item has shipped. This caused a ton of confusion for me because I didn't ship it, so is it shipped?
I'm not that worried about not having access to the tracking info, but I want to make sure that Aliexpress will get my instructions to not include promos and invoice. What has happened?! Anyway, so after this I see at the top of the orbelo order page that its recommended to change my settings to NOT automatically fullfill orders, so I do that and two more orders come rolling in.
I try to order these by using the orbelo orders page and click order now, I get to AliExpress page and the same thing happens, the address bar for the customer tells me the address has changed and shipping may be more than expected. Which is totally 100% FINE with me, I don't care. Just order these products man!
Anyway, I've been waiting to talk to Orbelo for a literal 4 1/2 hours now. Are they 24 hours a day or are there regular business hours? If anyone can help me with any one of these questions, I would be so grateful.
