@klunkymonkey @benjamin852 We have seen similar situations where it may add it to Shopify cart and see it in Shopify orders, but when you order it from Aliexpress or Oberlo Marketplace that data does not get recognized as far as Oberlo is aware. If you can message email@example.com with your store details and mention that Anthony asked for you to message in, we would love to see your workaround.
So that if it does work we can recommend it to others.
Keep in mind that Oberlo Marketplace does not offer customizations YET. We are working on it. No set timeframe yet. We just know it is a hot topic and a feature request we have received many times.
