How to Order Products from Oberlo Supply
The fact that you’re here reading this means you most likely have received an order in your Shopify Online Store. Congratulations!
Now, you’re probably wondering how you proceed to have the products shipped to your customers. Basically, the process in which you pay the supplier for shipping and the product itself. That’s what I’m here to help explain today!
Ordering the Oberlo Supply Products
If your order contains products sourced from Oberlo Supply, then the entire fulfillment process can be taken care of by going to Apps > Oberlo from the Shopify admin. Just follow the steps below!
Step 1 - Go to your Orders in Oberlo:
Step 2 - Click the orange “Order Products” button:
Step 3 - Add your credit card details to pay the supplier for the product(s) and the shipping:
As shown above, you can click “Remember this card for future orders” to continue to use this card for any future Oberlo Supply orders.
Note: Only Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit/debit cards can be used to pay for the products.
Step 4 - Select a shipping method:

This button will be located at the very top right of the orders page and will let you pay for orders that contain Oberlo Supply products in bulk.
How to know when the Oberlo Supply Order has Shipped
Now that you have placed the order with the supplier, it’s now being processed by them and soon will be shipped. The tracking number generally takes 2-5 business days to appear next to the order in Oberlo. After this amount of time, the order will be shipped and once it is shipped the tracking number will be available.
After the supplier ships your order, the order status in Oberlo will switch from "Order Placed" > “In Processing” > "Shipped" in Oberlo, and from "Unfulfilled" > "Fulfilled" for the order in Shopify automatically.
