The Chrome Extension is affected when AliExpress makes changes on their side of the fence, so it's often a game of catchup to keep it in check. Assuming you've done all the troubleshooting steps (clear cache, restore browser settings, re-install Chrome Extension etc.), then we may have to have an Oberlo Guru create an escalated ticket to investigate what's going on.
But first, I'm curious, when the customer information fails to populate, do you see a button on your extension that pops up that says Force To Proceed? If so, press this and the information usually continues to load. If that button doesn't work, then the fastest way to fix this issue is to email email@example.com so we can send it to the developers.
