Hey Loganlapole3! Thank you so much for your patience while we figure this issue out. There is a connection problem going on between the Oberlo extension and Aliexpress, our developers have been working on it the last few days so please bear with us as we wait for it to go back to normal. I can understand the frustration of having to put things on hold while we fix this and I apologize.
In the meantime I would suggest placing the order manually on Aliexpress. If you add the product to your cart you can use the information on Shopify or your Oberlo orders page to copy and paste the customer’s shipping information. Then you can pay for the order and it will be on it’s way to the customer. Afterwards in your Aliexpress orders page you can press the sync button to make sure it syncs up with Oberlo. I know this may be tedious but I hope it will help while we work to find a solution to this issue.
Or try out the method @Maho used. I have not heard of that one yet but so happy to see there is an alternative to make it work! Thank you for sharing!
