Hello! This is my first question that I post here, I hope I'm doing everything by the book.
On the 2nd of April I ordered and paid for a product as usual and when I tried to check the website again the next day, I could see that the product was no longer available. I messaged the seller just to be sure that they ran of stock, so that I could cancel my order, since it hasn't been procesed yet at that time. Right after I messaged him, a few hours later, I get the message that my order has been shipped. When I tried to check the website again, because I wanted to see if they restocked, I could no longer access it, because I keep getting the " Sorry, the page you requested can not be found " message. I tried to get in contact with the seller, but he hasn't responded to any of my messages.
Also, it's 16th of April now and I still don't have a tracking number. What should I do in this situation?
