Starting today, all Oberlo merchants will have access to a variety of products from three different types of suppliers:
1. Oberlo Verified Suppliers [NEW]
2. Oberlo Suppliers
3. AliExpress Suppliers

This is awesome. The more sources we can choose from the better prices we can offer.
My issue so far has been with actually finding the product on Oberlo Shopify app. I wish the search had advanced search so we could check shipping options, including where item is coming from and where it will or will not be shipped, pricing, keyword searches. The app seems very basic, one line search bar. I kinda wish it would open like a browser. Anyways I'm glad that at least I know your working hard as I am to ensure a smooth flowing supply chain and happy customers. Thank you.

ThamieDee7 great question, and the answer is yes!

When you become a merchant you can download Oberlo from the Shopify app store. Once you do so, you can click on the Suppliers tab and you will see all the suppliers on the Oberlo Marketplace. There you will be able to see all suppliers you mentioned!

Don't forget to look out for the Verified Supplier badge beside their names. This means they've processed over a thousand orders with less than a 2% dispute rate. This way, you can feel confident importing and sourcing products from them.

Hi, I loved this innovation in the vendors' verified database, but I'm having a serious problem, I'm not able to do my orders automatically, the to order button disappears and I can only do the orders manually, I have many orders and it would take days, help me?

I responded to you in the other thread you posted in with this question. However, I will copy and paste my answer here in case it's easier for you,

"First, I would double check that you have the Oberlo Google Chrome extension as this is required to see it.

If you still can't, I would double check that your orders in Shopify are not fulfilled. If they are fulfilled, you will need to go to the order in Shopify and under Fulfillment press More > Cancel Fulfilment. Then, when you go back to your Oberlo orders page you'll be able to see it.

If you'd like an extra set of eyes to double check it, please feel free to reach out to our support team at hello@oberlo.com. They can log in and have a look for you too. Let us know how it goes!"

Our Verified Suppliers are only available through the Oberlo marketplace. You can find them here, they will have a Verified badge right under their name and on every single product page.

I'm interested in any experiences in regards to Oberlo Verified products with no ratings and few items sold Vs Oberlo Suppliers that have many positive ratings and numbers sold. At the moment I'm sticking to Oberlo Verified 100% but am curious what other peoples thoughts are? Thanks! Clare

Hey ClareMarie great question! I know you're looking for more opinions, but I'd like to provide some more information to clarify both of those options. Oberlo Verified suppliers get the verified badge when they meet the requirements of selling over a 1000 orders with less than 2% dispute rate. This dispute can be anything from shipping or product quality.

These suppliers are adding new products all the time, so although their previous products could have counted towards that 1000 mark threshold, the new products have not had time to hit the market and get reviews yet. Of course, you can never be 100% sure unless you order the product yourself, but you can feel decently confident based on their verified status.

However, you can't argue with reviews! If there are Oberlo suppliers with products that have lots of product reviews, I would personally feel more confident ordering from them! Merchants ordering products for their customers are ruthless, so you can feel confident in the reviews they leave those products and suppliers. Hope that helps add some insight!
