Hi I am new.. I just finished importing all of my products to my store and I am confused and worried about a few things. Bear with me.. I don't know much about how this works.
1' Where is the shipping lead time info? How do customer know how long it takes to ship?
I would like to mention it somewhere but after I import my product from Oberlo that info disappears and it looks like I would have to go back and go into each original listing by the supplier to get that information. What happens if that changes? Say it was 15-25 days when I import it, then it changes..will I be notified?
2' If there are options to ship from the US and Epacket from China with free shipping will it automatically choose the free shipping option or this something I have to handle manually? I am worried that the free shipping option with epacket won't be automatic.
3' I didn't notice that some variants were smaller or modified for example, offered with or without an item that affects the price. When I clicked on the suggested price, it was applied to all then I when I go back to edit it in Shopify, it comes up at being on sale which I don't want.
4' This is a Shopify question I guess, but returns; how does it work if a customer doesn't like a item that has been drop shipped? Is there a link to where to find this info?
